In this lesson, the emphasis is on writing the good paragraphs to form a short essay. You have studied many different aspects of writing a good paragraph, including the four features of a good paragraph:

Topic sentence 1:

A paragraph owns always a topic sentence that clarify the main idea.

Only one topic 2:

All the sentences inside the paragraph are about one topic.

Indented line 3:

The first sentence of a paragraph is indent.

Concluding sentence 4:

The concluding sentence, or the last sentence brings the paragraph to a reasonable conclusion.

The processing steps to Writing a paragraph:

_ Developing ideas (brainstorming).

_ Creating the topic sentence (focusing the topic) 

_ Writing supporting sentences (developing the ideas).

_ Writing concluding sentences (ending the paragraph).
