Neither / Either / both
>> Neither plus affirmative verb similar Either plus negative verb.
>> Neither is preferred at the beginning of a sentence but not Either.
>> Neither can be used alone as a negative answer to a question.
EXP:
-Neither restaurant gives the good meals, which did you prefer? Neither.
>>Neither: not one nor not the other (affirmative singular verb).
EXP:
-Neither of them present good drink.
>>: Neither: any one of two.
EXP:
-did you prefer his two books? No, I did not prefer either ( of them ).
>>Both : one and the other ( plural verb ).
EXP :
-Both restaurants in the village were present good meals.
>>Formal English : he, she, him, her, his
>>Colloquial English : they, them, their
EXP :
-Neither of them could make up her/ their mind/s.
